In case of event cancellation, Festival Travel will offer a full refund for the customers.
Cancellation might happen due to the following cases:
• Hungarian Government imposes travel restrictions;
• Government of Croatia imposes travel restrictions;
• Official decree placed by the Croatian authority prevents clubs from opening;
• Clubs are allowed to be open but the event cannot be held due to the club’s guest limit.
We offer our passengers the greatest flexibility and freedom to book packages. By choosing the flex option, you can freely change the time and destination of the trip until the 7th day before the start of the trip.
The price of the service is 12 €, for which we offer the possibility of modification different from the GTC.
Modification of the participation fee must be paid by our passengers within 24 hours based on the amanded travel contract of Festival Travel.
Based on the current epidemic situation, Festival Travel have been keeping the passengers in mind, so travels and events of 2021 summer can be booked with a 0 € deposit. We know to finalize your trip is not easy these days, so we schedule the deadline of advance payment to be the 13th day from the date of booking.
Our passengers who have signed the contract of Festival Travel with 0 € deposit, have nothing further to do, their booking is valid. The deadline of the payment for their order is the 13th day from the booking. We hope that from the end of the spring, the epidemic situation will improve (depends on population vaccination) as a result easing some travel restrictions all over Europe.

2nd Beachattack Closing: 08.22-27, 2021

If you would like to stay more, you can extend your stay with one extra day.
The duration shows the days spent at the location.
The Beachattack Opening will take from the 27th of June 2021 until the 2nd of July 2021, but it is possible to purchase an additional 1-1 night stay for June 26 and July 3 as well.
The Beachattack Closing will take from the 22th of August 2021 until the 27th of August 2021, but it is possible to purchase an additional 1-1 night stay for August 21 and August 27 as well.
You will be able to check this during the booking process.
If selected, all occupants of the apartment must select the extra night option.
Bus passengers can also request an extra night.
You can apply in 2 ways:
– personally in our office
– online, with some of your personal data given (name, date of birth, contacts).
In every case, the teamleader – who books the event – books for the whole room, he/she sends an invitation for the rest of the team, who can join through the given link then give their personal data and choose their own services. Every member will get one type of package which has been chosen by the teamleader.
Steps of the booking:

We will confirm your booking within the following 48 hours. You will have 5 days to pay the advanced payment which is 20% of the whole price.
You can pay in 3 different ways:
– by card through our website
– by cash in our office (we accept HUF and EUR)
– by card in our office
In the case of HUF based payments, the exchange is made on the OTP’s sell rate.
Your booking will be completely confirmed after the payment of the advance fee.
The deadline for paying the remainder is the 20th of May 2021!
Steps of online payment:
1.) enter our site with your email and password
2.) click on the ‘manage your booking’ menu, where each of your team members will be able to pay separately.
The online payment is Euro-based, 100% secured, going through the OTP bank system. You can pay with any type of card, in this case, the exchange will be on the rate of your own bank.
An advance payment must be made at the time of application, which is 20% of the current – always the full – participation fee at the given moment.
The arrears – the full participation fee – must be paid by the Passenger no later than 35 days before departure, without prior notice.
In the event of non-payment of the advance payment and the full participation fee, the Festival Travel will charge a penalty (€ 20 per each day) or the discounts previously received will lapse.
If the passenger does not fulfill his / her payment obligation within 8 days from the first request, Festival Travel may withdraw from the contract and a penalty payment will be charged in accordance with Article III / 3 of the GTC. according to point.
If the travel contract is concluded within 35 days from the start of the trip, the full participation fee is due within 3 working days from the confirmation of the order.
We put the bookings into 2 different types:
1. Roomleader booking: You will be the responsible person for the administrative cases of your room. 🙂
In this case, you book a whole apartment with your team:
– as many people as many beds
– if you cannot fill the number of beds of the apartment then you have to pay for “free” beds
– if you don’t want to pay for ‘free’ beds then we will put you together with others.
You book the rooms, send an invitation to the other members by giving their email address so they can join the team.
2. Individual booking: You will be the responsible person for the administrative cases of your own single membered team 🙂
In this case, you book a bed, and you accept that we will place you in an apartment where we can find an available place for you.
People in one apartment can choose their own beds, first comes first served, Festival Travel does not have any impact on that. The members of the shared apartments will be contacted with each other via email a couple of days before the event.
You will be able to take part in the daily or night-time programs with the wristband.
For taking part in the daily programs a local registration is necessary at the info point
where the colleagues will check your armbands.
Each of our packages includes the armbands, there is no possibility of removing it from the package.
The price of these packages include different types of accommodation – normal, comfort, premium or hotel – (for 5 nights) and a party armband (for 6 days).
Other services can be added at a discounted price.

With our student package, we would like to favor students studying in hungarian secondary or higher education!
– any active student status in the institution
– the university relationship can be full-time, evening or correspondent
– during the application, select the name of the school from the drop-down menu
– for bus passengers at the time of departure
– for individual passengers at check-in
If eligibility is not confirmed, a surcharge of 30€ per person is required, otherwise Festival Travel will refuse accommodation on the bus and / or hand over the room.
For a person under 18 years old, two documents are necessary for being able to join our camp:

– responsibility statement by a legally aged adult who will attend the event as well >>>
In case of any of the uneraged’s parents is travelling with the underaged, filling out the above mentioned documents is not necessaey. This case please inform our office.
Based on the VAT Law of 2009 the passenger (customer) is the person who consumes the services.
The legislation claims that the invoice can only be identified by the name of the passenger, only the participant of the trip can be named as the customer.
The VAT Law of 2010 obliges travel agencies for a declaration of the passengers about the standards of their travel.
If the passenger asks for any invoice not identified by his/her name, an end-user declaration needs to be filled out by a person authorized with the power of procuration and business registration is also necessary to be enclosed.
If the company resells the services (meaning it is not an end-user) than a 27% VAT needs to be added to the price of the given service which has to be paid in addition to the overall price of the participation.
The charged VAT can be declared based on VAT-declaration policies.
If you agree with the mentioned conditions, then inform us of the name of the company you would have the invoice for during your application process.
The claim for the invoice cannot be changed afterward. We can only make the invoice about the whole price of your booking.
If you would like to change something in your already confirmed booking (way of travel, equipment rental, etc) you can do it until the deadline mentioned under the ‘manage my bookings’ tag.
Any kind of change of data, services, etc cost 13 EUR/change.

You can cancel your booking ONLY via email ([email protected]) or personally.

3-7 days before the departure date our colleagues will send you a detailed info letter, where you will find all of the necessary information about the camp (departure, accommodations, shifts, programs, insurance policies, etc.)
There is going to be an attachment to the letter, which is a voucher for you, where you can find all of the booked and paid services.
Because of the National Axle Weight Limitation from 2018, we would like to ask you to strictly keep the regulations about your baggage! The bags can be packed by those who travel by bus, too.
– 1 suitcase (43 x 27 x 61 cm = medium size), which can be maximum 18 kgs.
– 1 hand luggage (backpack) which can be maximum 10 kgs
For bigger or harder luggage there is a 40 EUR additional fee.
In these cases, the package may be transported by a separate truck.
Otherwise, the staff will refuse to carry your luggage!
The number limit can only be exceeded for a surcharge, in which case the package will be delivered by a separate truck.
There are two things in every package which have to be paid at the place:
– city tax (Can be paid only by cash for the staff at the reception of the accommodation; 10€/person)
The deposit is for securing the soundness of the accommodation. (100 EUR / person or bed – double bed means 2 beds).
You can get the deposit back if the accommodation is left behind undamaged. It can be paid by cash or card. If you pay by card, they will lock the amount from your account which will be unlocked later, but its duration depends on the communication between the foreign and Hungarian banks (between 2-5 weeks).
You can pay for any extra services by cash or card at the info point: renting, training, half-board, bedding rental, etc.
Nearly 1,000 people will arrive and move in at the festival in a matter of hours. In such cases, unfortunately, we have to wait for an increased waiting time, and it does not hurt to be patient either.
Our extraordinary check-in service means our own hostess who will be waiting for you in the car park on arrival with your room keys. You will have no choice but to call the phone number you received ~ 30 minutes before arrival, and by the time you arrive, your apartment will be waiting for you.
You will also be able to arrange the mandatory on-site payments with him, thus saving the following queue jobs:
– Room key collection and deposit payment
– city tax payment
– armband receipt
At registration you can choose from the services, 50 € for the apartment.
The accommodations are located 4 km away from the Zrce beach party center.
The transfer buses go non-stop between the two points, making the trip easier.
The price is for the local tranfer 30 €/person.
Most of the programs can be attended by a limited number of festival’s participants, so it is necessary to pre-register for them.
Pre-registration will be possible on the spot at the info point.
From 1 January 2017, in the event of a breach of consumer protection rules, consumers may submit their complaints primarily to the territorially competent district offices, after the termination of the National Consumer Protection Authority on 31 December 2016.
